The Technology

Programmable Glue Plotting — Hot Melt & Cold Glue in the Same Job

F Service glue plotters apply adhesive in a fully programmable pattern — any geometry, any bead width, hot melt and cold glue in the same job — using a high-speed XY motion system programmed by tablet or DXF file import. The Phoenix covers large-format, high-throughput applications (2700 × 1800mm, 2 m/s). The Colibrì 200 and Colibrì 140 serve smaller format and luxury packaging applications. All models calculate glue usage, cycle time, and production cost before the job runs — changing how operations price and win gluing work.
