Die Cutting Advisors is the exclusive North American manufacturer’s representative for Crest Clamshell Die Cutters. If you’re evaluating, purchasing, or implementing a Crest press in the United States, Canada, or Mexico — you’re working with us. We’re the only authorized source for new Crest equipment in North America, and we also represent a network of additional equipment partners across die cutting, converting, and automation.
Consulting & Advisory Services
Not every manufacturer knows exactly what equipment they need — and choosing the wrong press is an expensive mistake. DCA’s consulting services are built for manufacturers who want an informed, unbiased evaluation before they commit. We work with you to understand your production requirements and recommend whatever solution is the right fit — whether that’s a Crest press, a Preco rotary system, a Freeman Schwabe, or something else entirely.
Training & Education
DCA has invested in production-grade Crest press installations at two partner facilities — Mathias Die Company in South St. Paul, MN and the National Steel Rule Tech Center — so manufacturers can see this equipment running in a real production environment, get hands-on experience, and train operators before and after a purchase. Training sessions at Mathias are open to anyone in the industry. No purchase required.

No. Training sessions at Mathias Die Company are open to anyone in the industry. You don’t need to have purchased a Crest press or be in an active evaluation to attend. The programs are designed for operators, production managers, and anyone looking to deepen their understanding of clamshell die cutting.
